Cintia, a Senior Project Manager, leads organizational transitions toward a regenerative economy. As a social networker, storyteller, and avid concert-goer, she often shares her unique background from Chihuahua, Mexico, as an icebreaker.
After earning her Bachelor’s in International Relations, Cintia started her career in the private sector. She soon realized her passion for social impact and shifted focus, moving to the Netherlands to pursue a Master’s in Development Studies with an emphasis on Governance, Policy, and Political Economy. Cintia has thrived in various roles, employing design thinking and agile methodologies to enhance livelihoods and foster sustainable practices. She is particularly interested in the intersection of disruptive innovation and systems thinking to make sustainability widespread.
