As a Sustainability Consultant at Metabolic, Job applies his deep understanding of circular economy principles, economic valuation, and sustainable building strategies to our Built Environment team. Interested in the broader economic system, he holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Economics; to further align his professional path with his passion for nature and sustainability, he also completed a master’s in Sustainability, Business, and Innovation.

Job has researched the economic value of urban nature and published the paper, “Citizens’ preferences and valuation of Urban Nature: Insights from two choice experiments,” which has greatly influenced his work. His role at Metabolic also supports the Circular Buildings Coalition, where Job strives to build a circular economy that maximizes the value generated from resource cycles without undermining the functioning of the biosphere or the integrity of human societies.
