Josine is the glue between the end-users of Metabolic Link and our software team. With her technical background in bioinformatics and her curiosity driven approach, she spends most of her time conducting interviews, trying to understand what the client wants, and translating that into impactful software solutions.

Her work experience began as a product manager at a fast-growing biotech startup. Her heart was with the job, but not with large pharmaceutical companies. She embarked on a year-long sailing adventure along the European coast and rediscovered the beauty of nature and the importance of protecting it. Embodying our circularity principles before she even became a member of our team, her boat was completely self-sufficient in terms of water and electricity. Off the grid sailing offered a tremendous feeling of freedom, and Josine came back with a stronger drive than ever to get involved in the field sustainability.
